History
We are a group practice incorporated in 1985 for the practice of Medicine and Surgery. Our Network of physicians server the Northern Virginia area across Easter USA. Our Network of approximately 80 – 120 physicians cover varying specialties including general medicine, cardiology, emergency medicine, family practice, orthopedic and oncology.

Leadership
MANV is represented by Dr Ambrish Gupta, MD,FACP who is the principal Founder of the group. He has taught as faculty at George Washington University School of Medicine and has served as a Senator on the Medical Faculty Senate of the School.

Dr. Ambrish Gupta MD, FACP
Cardiology
Dr. Ambrish Gupta specializes in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, geriatric medicine, aerospace medicine in Arlington, Virginia. Dr. Gupta has 33 years of experience as an MD, and is affiliated with Inova Alexandria Hospital, Inova Fairfax Medical Campus and Virginia Hospital Center.
Shobhit Arora, MD, MMM, FACEP

Shobhit Arora, MD, MMM, FACEP is a board-certified emergency physician with over 15 years of experience in clinical medicine, medical leadership, and medical informatics. He enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with his family and dog.
Dr. Kiren Dayal
Oncology
Dr. Dayal is a board-certified family practitioner. Dr. Dayal recently relocated to the DC area and is proud to offer his patients over twelve years of urgent care experience. When Dr. Dayal is not in the office, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two children.
